North and South weather systems collide

Last evening probably easily 1 inch of rain per hour, most likely more.  Electricity and water pressure went off at the start of this thunder and lightening storm.  Rechargeable flashlights and USB fans are a must during the power outage season.  Candles are OK, but they create heat.  This might be one of the wettest season the area has seen in some time
