190610 Baht forecast is speculation if nothing goes awry

Opinion is that the baht will continue to strengthen against many foreign currencies.  The number for the US dollar may drop down to 29.7 baht  later this year.  US expats have seen such numbers before in the early months 0f 2011.

The minimum monthly income for a single Expat in Thailand is is 65,000 Baht
In 2002 that was US$1,477
In 2019 it is        US$2,097

Compared to 2002 you are getting 13,000 baht less these days per US$1,000

Speculation of course is based on certain expected factors.  It all may change in an instant if a drastic event occurs in politics, Industry, tourism, etc
