Local hospitals give out medicines computer labeled in Thai and English. Whereas clinics and pharmacist give out medicines in plastic bags (pictured above).
Those labels most often do not list the name of the medicine, just tell you how many and when to take. Good idea to request the name of the product.
When I get medicines, when I get home, I google the medicine and check on any possible side effects.
EXPERIENCE: years ago a friend got a big bag of medicines from a local medical service. Checked out the medicines online and found multiple ". . . if you take this medicine do not take that medicine . . ." Half the medicines were "not recommended."
