Red and Yellow Rallies near Sakon City Hall

Went to Big C around 11 am when I noticed a large gathering of uniformed security personnel.
With the present political situation in Thailand I did not need a crystal ball to realize what was about to take place.  I did my shopping as fast as possible to exit the area



Rallies began at noon. Both groups were separated by security forces to avoid confrontations

Next Thai election disruptions likely

The calm before the verdict

There's been somewhat of a political lull since the beginning of Songkran.
Sort of a calm before the storm.
The court decision will change all that.
Whether it's this week or next. No matter what the verdict, there will be plenty of Thais upset.
Upset enough for new protests and demonstrations, at least that's how I see it.
