Proposed Tobacco law will create more law breakers

The proposed  law changes the legal age to purchase tobacco from 18 to 20

The proposal indicates that points of sale will be monitored more strictly, and cigarettes can only be sold in packs.

Opinion: Such a law will facilitate another source of tea money with little effect on smoking habits of the young.  The problem would be better solved through education,

The Tha Rae parade starts at dusk (around 6 pm) December 24.  I'll be at a friend's house not far from the cathedral.
