Learn how to play the safe tourism game My own recollection: Offered a free tuk tuk ride to a major mall. We were dropped off across the street at a gem shop and had to endure a sales pitch. The following day another offer for a free ride, same place. Upon arrival this time we departed the tuk tuk and crossed the street to the mall. The driver stood there somewhat dumbfounded.
