The recent movement is caused by the threat of a trade war, according to one plausible explanation.
Exporting countries are trying to stay competitive.

Big changes at the Sakon City waterfront
 The new hospital buildings have been in operation for some time. I recently spent a six day visit on the second floor  Paving is pending, I'd imagine there might be some rain delay    Repairs at the park waterfront    The park entrance has seen some makeovers over the years.
