That according to my source in reply to my question: "Will there be a Chinese Festival?"  Until this year it had been an annual three day event with a parade very different from other parades.    I've attended every one of these festivals since 2004, a favorite event of mine It's unfortunate that so many events are still being cancelled, or 'toned down,' it's got to hurt someone's wallet.  Does little to enhance foreign and domestic tourism
