Ash wednesday, start of Lent (commemorating the 40 days Jesus spent fasting in the desert
Forty days from now is April Fools day and Easter Sunday. Easter Sunday is the first Sunday after the full moon that occurs after the vernal equinox (March 20).
I'll continue to abstain allsmoking. Started that the day before Christmas. I must confess I had one toke from someone else's cigarette. Found no pleasure in it, but still occasionally want to reach for a cigarette (which is not there) out of habit. One thing is for sure, I don't need suspenders for my trousers.
