Holy Saint Bartholomew, . . . . . . . . . . . . . Catholic saint for skin, dermatology and physical healing . . .
. . . this really works
Red onions marinated ( for a day or two) in apple cider vinegar.
Dip washcloth, wipe face, neck, shoulder, even below the beltline.
The smell is something you have to accept. The skin treatment should be done some time before showering. I also do it before bedtime.
I noticed quicker healing of popped zits, no new zits in treated areas. No mosquito bites.
If you leave the jar open in the kitchen, mosquitoes and bugs keep their distance.
There's plenty of health benefits to not just consume onions and vinegar, plenty of benefits when used on the skin and hair

Risky side effects to dieting with medicine
I was diagnosed with borderline diabetes.
Prescribed a number of pills per day.
After a month of pill swallowing, I decided I can do without. Wasn't cheap either, a months supply went into the trash.
A daily walk, less red meat, medicine only when extremely essential.

Pot Nausea
Some selfclaimed experts in the field of Marijuana Consumption will claim "NO HARM!" They are very wrong.

It's different from person to peson.
My mother complained of nausea after smoling a joint (three decades ago). And swore to never touch the stuff again.
Heard of a similar experience a friend recently went through.
I have some weed with my morning coffe and get slightly nauseated each morning. The problem dissapears as soon as I eat solid food.
According to various articles, marijuana smoke tends to irritate the stomach lining, causing stomach discomforts and dausea. Severe cases can lead to repeated vomiting (moreso in younger users according to some research).
Probably explains some of my stomach problems

Healthy dining on local mushrooms
Local friends have gone into mushroom farming, hoping for lucrative results.
I've always included mushrooms in my home cooking in soups, stew, or fried with onions. Great accompaniment for a steak.
