It's fairly new, just ten participants doing restaurant reviews.    How can a restaurant with 7 reviews listed at 4 1/2 star, have a higher rating than a restaurant with 10 reviews listed as 5 star. The number one listed restaurant Ton Jan has since closed and is reborn elsewhere.    More than ten restaurants are in the list many have not been rated as of yet.    I will be interested to watch and see if this "best restaurants" project flourishes or withers
