Daily Sakon Nakhon Provincial report has a facelift
Changes in graphics and text placements
The report is generally posted just before noon
Dark red zone increased to 29 provinces
Sakon Nakhon remains in the lighter red zone.
No public gatherings of more than 20 people, indoor dining until 11p.m.,
no alcohol allowed in restaurants, sport stadiums open till 9 pm,
education facilities at the discretion of province officials.
