Heavy tropical rains for most of the morning delayed much of the preparations at the fair grounds.
It was obvious when I arrived shortly after noon. Much still needed to be done.
Most likely there will be work going on late into the night.
The fair starts tomorrow.

hans could you please give us more information about this fair. where it will take place what time it will start; is there a opening ceremony or something interesting?
Red Cross Fair location - in and around the Provincial Government complex in the city of Sakon Nakhon.
No idea as to the time of 'opening ceremonies.'
