Most of us underestimate how much dehydration affects energy, digestion, mood, sleep, headaches, and even concentration. 

Sometimes what feels like “getting old” is simply not drinking enough fluids.

Funny discovery on my end: a container of cream of tartar had been sitting in my cupboard for ages. I mainly thought of it as something for baking. Only recently did I realize it contains quite a bit of potassium — one of the body’s important electrolytes.
