The acid test: Part of Thai Tourism

Police and Soldiers Raid Chiang Mai Bars.  It's been years when I experienced a police raid in Pattaya at a disco.    Not knowing the procedures, I was given a personalized escort to the urinal and observed while peeing in the cup.  Getting into line, mobbed by a crowd of hundreds from all sides, I noticed plenty of the yellow liquid getting spilled.  Some just whipped it out right on the spot for a refill.  Others received donations from friends. Total fiasco.  It's not the type of tourism I am used to.
