 It rained fairly heavy overnight. According to my measure 3 inches.
By 8 am the sun was shining.
With no rain clouds in the sky and cool temperatures I decided on a road trip.
Nearby grazing fields were flooded  
Decided to check out nearby villages and the small rivers. Rivers were rapid, yet only at 50% level
Obviously fields were flooded and farmers where getting ready to prepare the fields for planting     The trip was pleasant until I came to the red zone, then it got downright treacherous      |
