Had to chase away the weekend swimmers, closed down the pool. Took a trip up to the parade assembly area. Over an hour before the parade even started. Had time for a brief visit to Apples. On the way I had to stop for this picture Been told those boxes were EMPTIES New sign at Apples. Sorry for the brief and abrupt visit, had a parade to go to  Ya come a long way

Used to be. When I wanted to see the news, I'd turn to the news channels at the top of the hour and I got the news.   Not anymore.  It's all talk shows on all the major news networks. Al Jazeera is probably the best at presenting the news.  RT presentations at times are informative, but their propaganda is all too obvious. The 15 minute  Reuters NOW  with sidebar index of articles is my favorite.
