You're dead what do you care

But making a will is important.  We don't like to talk about dying, but it's important in case you leave loved ones behind. Expats in Thailand should consider two wills, one for your home country, the other for Thailand. Also important is that you explain the who, what and wheres after your demise.  Unfortunately I have seen some wives left high and dry while other relatives emptied bank accounts on their way home. I've seen Thai wives frustrated with foreign red tape when they should have been receiving benefits, had they only known what to do. Additional reading:   Inheritance and Wills - thailawonline
