SakonNakon Radio Control Airshow
It was around 2:30 when I arrived at the R.C field.
Still too early for the main event. Think they were doing qualifying flights.
It was a regional gathering, RC pilots from all over Isaan.
These pilots were allowed pre-flight boozing.
Don't know if it was a language problem or just booze.
I wanted a picture of the back of his T-shirt.
Every time we got him to turn around, he kept bending over, like I should take a picture of his rear bumper.
Took a while, but I got the picture I wanted.

SakonNakhon FC takes a Whupping
Attendance to the game was impressive.
Not quite a full house, but pretty close.
That's it for the good news.
By half time SakonNakhon FC was down by one goal. Hopes were still high until the second half was underway.
By the second goal a few spectators started to leave.
With the third goal, spectators where leaving like mice on a sinking ship.
By the fourth goal... the ship was definitely sinking
Nobody home
The SakonNakhon Goal keeper was almost at midfield,
when Nakhon Ratchasima FC inflicted it's final goal. During most of Nakhon Ratchasima goals, SakonNakhon players seemed to be at the other half of the field.
They'll be scratching their heads about this game.
Undoubtedly the fan base will shrink drastically because of this defeat.
Progress at SakonNakhon City Hall construction
It's been a year since I blogged about the demolishing of SakonNakhon City Hall to make room for a new complex.
It will be another year before the new SakonNakhon City Hall is completed.
Meanwhile work is progressing, a few more floors to go

Pleasantly cool at the moment, but that's about to change again
The weather
Weather direction has changed now coming predominantly from the southwest.Even though there may be minor changes in the daily high temperature between 33 to 35,
the feels like temperatures are getting ready to soar again.
Water in the air, also known as high humidity will make temperatures feel like 40 to 55.
It's algae and fungus season. My pool will require extra doses of chlorine and soda.
These two ingredients are also great for cleaning fungus and mildew around the house.
Flu viruses don't survive in high humidity according to research.
Scattered Rain and thunderstorms at times.

Another Rat, that's what I thought
Saw this little creature out on the roof and tried to chase it away with a broom. Minutes later, while tending to the garden, Joey screamed. He had gotten bit.
He had cornered and caught the pest near the pool.
"I used to have one of those in Bangkok as a pet," Joey mentioned.
We spent over an hour gathering materials and build a temporary cage.
Then he got the talking dictionary and confirmed that wet ball of fur was a squirrel.
We added apple slices and peanuts to the cage.
That squirrel lost all shyness and fear and began feasting like there was no tomorrow.
