Help Need NTSC mini DV Camera
I have a stack of Mini DV films, some in Pal, others in NTSC.
I am able to record the PAL videos, but need to borrow an NTSC camera to transfer the videos to disk.
I'd love to revisit old memories

Typhoon Usagi veers Northwest
Typhoon Usagi, which was expected to hit this area early next week has changed directions moving northwest and is expected to enter southern China today.
Expect similar weather as last week: drizzle, light and heavy rain at times.
Increased rain Wednesday and Thursday.
Recent heavy flooding has been reported in provinces south of Sakon Nakhon: Kalasin, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani. One death by drowning has been reported in Si Sa Ket province, where a man was swept away by rapid moving water
