Wutip fizzles
Upon reaching Laos Wutip made a sharp right turn and headed north. Locally nothing more than light to medium rain.
Of all weather services most predicted heavy rains. There was no reason to believe Meo Weather who predicted light occasional rain.
More storms churning in the pacific (Sepat-Fitow), not heading anywhere near us. But it's an indication that the storm season is not quite finished yet.
Locals seem to be of the same opinion that 'it still can happen.' They are keeping the sandbags handy just in case.
fizzle

Sakon Nakhon Board Walk?
New this year for the annual Royal Boat Races:
Over water platforms for teams and families
But I think they need some repairs
The bridge could use some maintenance too
Use only if you've had mountain climbing experience
Tropical Storm will affect the area Tuesday
