Sakon Nakhon Stadium construction slow
The gates are up, and of course locked
Work crew seems to be starting a new building
That must be the no ticket entrance
Very modern (pang) lighting, but the stadium seems awfully small
Seating area seems overly gated, as if a ViP lounge,
very limited seating capacity
Work on the stadium appears to be progressing at a trickle as if the financing fawcett had been turned off
Break time or are they just waiting for the cement to cure

Cloudy and pleasant temperatures
Forecasts of heavy thunderstorms overnight did not materialize.Thunderstorms are still in the forecast, the timeframe was off, and so was the severity.
On the plus side are the cooler, quite pleasant temperatures.
Weather is approaching from the west north west.

- Even if you have voted by absentee ballot in the past, you must complete a new Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) to vote in the 2014 elections.
Registering by mail: allow sufficient time of mail services to meet deadlines.

The Roadhouse at Tha Rae
The Roadhouse is 3 blocks east of the downtown highway junction
The roadhouse opens 9 am
The kitchen is open from noon until 9 pm.
The bar, Karaoke, and billiards stay open as business dictates
Don't drink the water unless it's boiled
Very noticeable in recent years has been the ripping up of Sakon City roads for the purpose of upgrading the city's water supply. There have been a number of improvements near the pumping station.
I do use tap water for hot drinks and cooking ONLY !!
Salads rinsed with cold tap water quite often cause me to spend extra time in the thinking man position.
The video does not indicate the location.. Undoubtedly such instances are still prevalent in many areas of the province.
Obviously such severe water supply anomalies should be brought to the attention of the local water department.
