There were some obvious blunders by the referee. The most obvious gave Malasia it's first goal very early in the game.  I reached for my blood pressure medicine which I generally only need during high anxiety.

Needless to say, by the end of the first half, with Malaysia ahead, I was depressed.  But the 'Fat Lady' had not sung her tune yet.  Two Thailand goals during the second half gave Thailand it's fourth Suzuki cup win

The Suzuki cup has been held every two years since 1996.  Thailand won the cup in 1996,2000, and 2002.
