Referee made a number of very bad calls.  The most obvious resulted in a serious injury. The player was limping for the remainder of the game. He should have been replaced with a fresh player.

Attendance was very obviously down, but es·prit de corps was high

Opinion: Over the years I had on a number of occasions mentioned that I noticed improvement in the team. Similarly so this time.  Unfortunately in the past improvements were followed by player departures and team reshuffling.  If they can keep their team intact and continue improving skills, we may see a better second half season. Even though the team has suffered many losses, the action during the game is still a big draw for me

Growing Tourism Potential

NOK Air recently initiated a fly n ride service to Sawang Daen Din, obviously recognizing the tourism potential.
Sawang Daen Din is nearly the halfway city between Sakon Nakhon and Udon cities

The area is riddled with resorts and hotels.  More under construction

Of course the most well known is Bird's Paradise Extreme Resort
  • with Air Sport (parachuting, gliding, flying), Jet Skiing, Motocross, etc.
Besides plenty of resorts, there is little promotion of public events and activities.  Hopefully it's pending

Road safety begins with the vehicle

In all my years (12) dealing with Thai motorcycle and tire shops I have never seen anyone use one of these.
Tires are filled till it feels right.  99% of the time its overinflated. Feels like Flintstone rock tires.
Some say it's more fuel efficient, it's not.

Overinflated tires have less traction and tend to wear out quicker.
Recently had my motorcycle serviced. Felt like Fred Flintstone driving in Bedrock.
