It's not going to solve the problem
Just like the limited hours of alcohol sales, this new law will not reduce teen drinking, it will just create another inconvenience for everyone. I have yet to see a Ma & Pa shop refuse the sale of beer because it's not within the prescribed hours.
If teens want to drink they'll easily walk or drive a city block or two. At present alcohol sales are allowed between the hours of 11 am to 2pm, generally also the time when schools have their lunch breaks.
There's a few stores and restaurants that I know of locally who will have to cease alcohol sales. I'd expect the restaurants will most likely shut down or move to new locations.

Refereeing was appalling. One yellow card which should have been given to the home team was instead given to the visitors. There were a number of instances to which the referee turned a blind eye.
