Thai one year visa extension for retirement

Just completed my thirteenth one year visa extension, all done in 20 minutes at Sakon Nakhon Immigration office.

Was the first one after lunch, so no waiting period.

One thing wrong with the posted requirements (bottom of the page) "must have 2 copies of all documents is incorrect." Only one copy required. I did furnish a copy of the house book page listing my address.
