Bangkok Food Happy Hour

My appointment ended shortly after 8 am,  time for breakfast and a quick walk through foodland. The entire menu was available as a placemat. No time wasted waiting for a menu. I arrived during Happy Hour.  Mind you using happy hour to promote alcohol sales is strictly forbidden in Thailand. Happy dining hour is a different matter.

Feels like temperatures rising

Weather services seem to disagree on the daily temperatures.  They all indicate a rise in temperatures next week. Cloudy at times, scattered rain at times

Big Bang

Sounded like nearby transformer exploded around 6 am. The morning temperature was quite pleasant, fans were not essential.  I calculated the outage would last a few hours. Power was restored at 8:30, watched them reset some circuit breakers with a long pole.  Outages  aren't as frequently as they once used to be, but they still happen. Going to shop for a battery operated modem.  No problem with the computer, as it's a laptop with a six hour battery
