Reminder: as temperatures heat up food tends to spoil quicker. Spaghetti sauce, a kilo of fresh tomatoes with sirloin and coconut milk. . Not just for spaghetti, also great with rice or spuds. Probably half a dozen meals.  I do all my cooking in bulk and then freeze it for quick microwave meals.
