Tropical storm Pabuk increased speed from a previous average of 55 km/h to speeds of 95 km/h at noon yesterday. Pabuk was declared a tropical cyclone yesterday evening. 
Now over the Indian Ocean, maximum winds at 1 am, Jan 5 were  75 km/h

Tropical Storm Pabuk is predicted to cause havoc in Thailand's southern provinces. The storm may reach into Esan with some light scattered rain, and definitely a warming trend.
Cold temperatures are being held at bay to the east by a Lao  and Vietnam mountain range.

181228 Did I get this one all wrong? Mandatory health insurance for expats in the making

The article is  O-A visa Specific.
The argument here is  my misconception I have had all these years that I was renewing my O-A visa yearly.  The yearly 'extension of stay is not a O-A visa, it is retirement extension: 'Extension of Temporary Stay in the Kingdom.'
Based on this article insurance requirement is only for O-A visa which is only valid for one year Details are still being formulated. Will details remain O-A specific or address all long stay visas?
