Road Repairs to road leading to Bus Terminal 2

My temperature forecast dated Saturday, Dec 7, remains unchanged, 

slow and slight warming trend this week.

The lower section of the highway, from the highway intersection to the Bus station is municipal property. The old blacktop had been entirely removed and a layer of gravel is being leveled out before pavement is installed

The road beyond the bus station is privately owned and is being covered with a layer of black tar

Feels like and real temperatures are identical, an indication of no humidity. 
Less sweating, I'm experiencing dry skin, "can you put some lotion on my back please!!"
Cool temperatures and I am experiencing leg muscle cramps, my body reminding me I need to drink more water
