Heavy tropical rains on May 31 caused local flooding

The rain was heavy, but not unusual.  

Most likely the matter will be investigated and appropriate repairs initiated.

The day had started with weather arriving from the east. Weather direction changed in the afternoon almost unnoticeable. The heavy tropical rain arrived from a southwesterly direction.
