Precision bus and truck driving skills

Received this video in e-mail.
I have no clue where this takes place. Someone suggested South America.  Could be.
The background voices are German.  I traveled on similar roads in Italy back in the fifties.
On the Italian mountain road I remember crashed cars abandoned on many curves, so I doubt its Italy.
