Anglers wishing to catch their own fish are welcome to start fishing any time after 10 A.M.

I some times forget that Thai Time stuff. We rolled into da place at 11 AM. not a sole in sight. No Tony, no wife, no baby, no guest, no fish.
Another time blunder by me, I guess. No harm , no foul.
