NOK air flight on tuesday 29 january cancelled and pax moved to dep. 1735. Had to wait 6 hours in the airport. They would not check in my luggage until two hours before and when they did I had to pay more in access luggage then the cost for the ticket. It is not the first time they have changed flightplans so I will consider flying to Udon. It seems they have a big problem with maintenance planning.
Wednesday 30 January. Arrived at SNO NOK Air check-in where I was told of a two hour flight delay. I would have missed my Bangkok Appointment and asked for a refund. The clerk was 'very' courteous!! Rescheduled flight for Sunday for a Monday appointment.
I've sent an inquiry to NOK AIr: What is the status of your aircraft? Had to recently cancel and re-book my flight (Sakon Nakhon-Bangkok & return) because a two hour delay did not enable me to keep an appointment's in Bangkok, Jan 30.
Another traveler reports a six hour flight delay on February 29.
This is of some concern to myself and readers of my Sakon Nakhon based blog: http://sakonnakhon-live.blogspot.com/.
I would appreciate a letter of explanation and assurances, for which I would like your permission to publish in my blog.
I have re-booked my flight, but am somewhat apprehensive!
