Sakon Nakhon Red Cross Fair AHEAD

In all previous years (10) admittance to the Red Cross Fair during the afternoon hours has been free until late afternoon. Great time to do some browsing and shopping.  Plenty of evening entertainment and dining.

Noticeable changes:  No Alcohol allowed, no bumper cars in past four years
