construction of the main reviewing stand seems to be underway.
Must have been siesta time when I drove by, no laborers.

The banners and flags are up in many places
At the Lake
Some boardwalks have disappeared.
One has been repositioned
The race measurement markers are in place
And the Competitors are starting to arrive
