What if they change the rules

Think its a rumor that Thailand is about to change the retirement visa age from 50 to 60 years.
After hearing of this I checked a number of Thai embassy websites, none of them indicated such an age change.

Such a drastic change in visa requirement would make front page news.

The only article concerning such a change was posted at THAIVISA on August 2014.
It is a "What if" article entitled: Retirees, are you worried that the rules might change?

It seems highly unlikely that such an age change requirement would be implemented, as it would reduce Thailand's revenue.

If you have authentic information of such a change please use the "Post - Read comments here" link below

last year the story of a new change in motor-vehicle rules
1. The left side driving on roads would be changed to the same as the USA.
2.All new vehicles starting 2016 would be equipped with left side steering wheels.
3. Older Vehicles when have 5 years to convert over.
