Where's Sakon Tourism Infromation ?

In recent past more articles have appeared hinting of the expansion of tourism in this area.  Unfortunately there's little up to date information to be found on the net (in English). Most what is available is outdated, is in Thai,  "LACKING SUBTITLES."
