On a number of highways in the city, old road markings have been removed. The outside lane seems to have been divided.UpdatedOK I was being sarcastic, but the reality has some problems that need to be solved.  I found one road which was marked From the looks of things, four lane highways are being reduced to two way traffic Parking? Tea Money ?
