Had I known I would have spent some tourism baht
There's a few videos from Phang Khon. Looks like some fun I missed. Would be nice to find a source where all events within a province are coordinated and publicised in a timely fashion.
tourismthailand.org lists two upcoming events
The links on that page get you a larger view of the picture and nothing else.
Locals and Expats can help. If you see a poster advertising an event, especially if they include future dates. Take a picture and post it, let everybody know
