Regional division football season is over. I correctly predicted a 5 goal loss. Arrived at Khon Kaen nearly two hours early. The press pass gave us admission to restricted stadium parking. We had time for coffee before the game. Stadium coffee shop decorations With the press pass I was able to walk freely around the stadium. Enjoyed the privilege. It became obvious that glass bottles and cans were not allowed in the stands. Beer was sold in plastic cups. Security spotted our beer cans, but made no comment or complaint. Appreciated that too. Fife times five times two times 12 bottles per case. Beer was sold at 65 baht for a large plastic cup. Electric scoreboard included game clock. The official Thai League website lists Sakon Nakhon as 12th in the league of 14. Wikipedia lists Sakon Nakhon as 11th. A good argument could be made for either scenario. Sakon Nakhon FC has only once (2017) made it past the half way point in the standings
