Sakon Nakhon gets International attention for being first

That Alcohol Prohibition announced Monday was like the shot heard around the world.  Similar prohibitions have been enacted in other provinces, and in fact in other countries.

It was only inevitable.  Many social media postings showed people still gathering in groups, majority with alcohol
