Grand Opening postponed. New plan "Maybe November 1"

 

People gathering limits to no more than 50 are still in effect.  Appears the rule is occasionally "modified."  

Full moon on the   th signifies the day after the usual wax castle parade.

Seems to me if they open the country by November 1, many restrictions would be lifted.
