Helmet season In the land of crackdowns

Been a few years since there was a nationwide effort to enforce the helmet law. 

My observation: only about 50% of motorcyclist wear helmets. 

Helmets have saved me from serious consequences twice, so I don't leave home without one. 

Will be interesting to see if fees are collected on the spot.  Would not be surprised if there is a 'teamoney' option.
