Movie streaming buffering problems
Search for  "internet speed test," run the test, check speed multiple times.  If it's not the speed you expected, contact your provider.
Buffering  can be a problem from your end or from the sending end. First you must insure your equipment is primed:
  1. Connect your computer by Ethernet to your modem. A wired connection is generally faster than wifi. During my own tests I gained double the speed when wired over wifi
  2. If you can't connect by ethernet move your computer as close to the modem as possible.
  3. Clean your browser history, including cookies. Alternatively use a different browser dedicated only to streaming without any unnecessary extensions.
  4. Clean out your computer startup folder.
  5.  Check your task / activity manager and disable any unnecessary functions
  6. Disable hardware acceleration in your video settings (right click on video).

Let me not disappoint you

It's been said of old folk: "They tend to regress into their childhood."
So that's what I'm doing and loving it
This little toy has gotten quite expensive since my childhood.
Had to modify my building plan since I've been told that the extra tracks I ordered are backordered from Germany. Promised in a month.

Got to do some glueing of the foam. then I'm ready to upholster.

♫ ♪ ♫ ♪ "... Just to pass the time of day ..."

The train departed Bangkok (Thailand Post) at 5 pm Tuesday.  Arrived at my house 2 pm Wednesday.  I mention that as an example of Thailand overnight postal service.
Of course I immediately began assembling tracks, even though I realize I'll be pulling it all apart again.  Have to anchor the two tables together permanently and design a better layout.  Meanwhile it gave me some time to investigate various parts and how they are used.
