Sakon Nakhon Province excluded from TMD 'Heavy Rains' Weather Warning BUT . . .

TMD Thai Meteorology Department in part reads ". . . On 14 and 15 October . . . chance of heavy rains in some of the Northeast provinces . . . 

Most of the heavy rain is expected well south of Sakon Nakhon Province. We may see a thundershower and/or light rain.

A dip in overnight temperatures is expected for a few days next week. These temperatures a provincial averages, so expect possible cooler temperatures especially in mountainous areas

At the moment I see two different anticipated trackings. 

One heading toward Hanoi, 

a second anticipates a tropical storm visits our neighborhood.
