Received my notice to renew the homeowners insurance policy four days after it expired.

The sixteen unit apartment building across the street is up for sale.  

The perimeter walls were black with algae.
No scrubbing, just paint over the algae.  You can see the algae under the paint. The paint job should survive till the first rain.












Then there's the 100% helmet law apparently in effect Monday thru Friday until 5 pm.
The rest of the time there's about a 25% observance of that law

The game will be played at Bukit Jalil National Stadium in Kuala Lumpur

Of course I will be watching, reclined in front of the big screen.

I'll be interested to see if they will be playing in an empty or full stadium.

Yesterday's game, Singapore vs Philippines was played in an empty stadium at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Manila. The game ended in a 0-0 draw.

I suspect cheering fans could have influenced the outcome

The canal which runs along the north side of the CM Center is getting a cover. 

T.i.T.  The canal could have used a good cleaning.

I'm not sure if the metal supports are strong enough to support car parking, or if the space is to be used by cart vendors.  

December 21 Hype

All the hoopla about the world coming to an end has left out an important fact.

British TV in Thailand 10 Channels 600 ฿ per month

I've been watching overseas. television on the net for years.
Early internet rebroadcast websites were taken down by the US government.  Obviously they were pirated.
Some TV services, mostly news services, continue to stream their broadcasts free, while others are beginning to be  available through subscription (PAY service).
Here's a link I recently received:

• Thai EXPAT TV 10 British channels for 600 ฿  monthly, or 6,000 ฿ annually + 300 ฿  Setup fee
