In search of Takeout Dining

Videos were taken with a surveillance camera.
A third, similar video has been posted at edelweissrest
On the third day video it is obvious that the restaurant removed all edible waste.
The bear left hungry. Possibly in search of another fine dining facility.

How its done
They were jackhammering the cement along the storm drain all week long.
At first I thought some sort of repairs to the storm drain.
Then I spotted it, a new three inch water pipe is being installed right along the storm drain.
You can look into the grated storm drains and see the new pipe.
If water pipes ever leak, it wont be a problem, they'll leak right into the storm drain.
You'd think they would prune the trees before making repairs on the electrical service.
Nada! Nyet!

over the North and the Northeast."
For the moment Jebi seems to be heading north for a direct hit at Hainan.

Took a little Trip down Hemorrhoid Alley
South where ITU (road) ends and the traffic lights have been stuck in yellow for over a week.Folk know they can cross cautiously on a flashing yellow light. When it's not flashing, they sit there waiting for the light to change... for a very long time.
