Sakon FC vs Udon FC video
Video by djmzaa
It has to be said: The Udon team budget allowed the team to arrive in Sakon Nakhon the day before the game. They were well rested for the game after overnighting at a local 4 star hotel

Eastern League Football
Referees got no balls
Sakon FC 0
Udon FC 3
There is no denying Udon FC is the better team.
First half turned out to be a really good game.
A couple of bad calls by referees were minor and nothing to get upset about.
Absolutely different situation during the second half.
There were a few times when penalties should have been called.
In fact at one point it seemed like the referee backed down after being confronted by an Udon player.
The Udon coach started to get into the face of one referee. He repeatedly left his designated area.
From where I saw things, the coach became absolutely obnoxious.

The Udon Coach repeatedly stepped onto the field, then called Udon players off the field, stopping the game.

At this point Udon should have forfeited the game, or at least the coach should have been removed from the game.

Neither the coaches or the suits had any balls to penalize the coach and team.
The game resumed as if the whole incident never happened.
No apparent challenge by Sakon FC staff.

Not all referees are bad, but in recent Eastern League games referee inadequacies have been really noticeable. As if they have their own set of Thailand Football rules.

Got no balls:
- doesn't have the guts to do something
- coward
- lack of ability
