The year is 2013. What looked like three foot wide pipes where being replaced on I.T.U.  It was almost two years later before the roadway was officially opened.

This is so timely, just this evening I almost stepped into a large hole in the sidewalk past the intersection near Apples.  Not as big as the one pictured below, but still big enough to cause some serious physical damage.
